Order Process: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Shipping Limitations: We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from us are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns Period: You may return most items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Seeds & bulbs with opened original packaging
  • Used gardening tools (Power tools category)
  • Opened irrigation products (Pumps & irrigation category)

Exceptions: Damaged or defective items from non-returnable categories will be replaced or refunded if reported immediately.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt using our Returns Request Template. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for our errors or defective products. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
