Shipping Information

We strive to process and dispatch all orders quickly so you can start your gardening projects without delay.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: £12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs or postal services are beyond our control. We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within a specified period.

Returns Period: You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and practical gardening reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Seeds & Bulbs where the original packaging has been opened.
  • Used gardening tools (e.g., from the Power tools category).
  • Opened irrigation products (e.g., from the Pumps & irrigation category).

Exception: If you receive a damaged or defective item from these non-returnable categories, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the provided Returns Request Template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will email you a returns approval and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide. Please do not send returns to our business address without authorisation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
    • PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) payments are refunded to the original card.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or PayPal account, as this processing time is dependent on their policies.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item.

For a faster exchange, you may place a new order online and return the original item separately for a refund.
