At Garden Seed Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unplanted, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Seeds & bulbs (once the packaging has been opened)
- Used gardening tools
- Opened irrigation products
If you receive damaged or defective items from these categories, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
- Complete the returns form below and email it to us
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 2 business days
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our address (we’ll provide shipping instructions)
Important: Please do not send returns without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account
- Credit card payments are refunded to your original card
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item. For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.
